At lunch, expect a vibrant selection of dishes rooted in tradition but plated for today. As the sun sets, the mood shifts,dinner becomes a curated tasting experience designed to impress.
In the kitchen is Chef Wong Chin Sheong from Kuala Lumpur, an expert in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine, known for his wok mastery and fresh, ingredient-driven style that blends tradition with a modern twist.
