Josh Angus – Chef Director
Josh Angus is the Chef Director at Hide, London, bringing over 18 years of culinary experience, including 15 years in Michelin-starred kitchens. Trained at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Josh has worked across leading UK and international kitchens, including Hong Kong, before becoming Sous Chef at Dabbous under Ollie Dabbous.
He has also served as a private chef to the American Ambassador and as Development Chef at Belazu, gaining strong expertise in both creative and commercial aspects of the food industry. Having been part of Hide since its launch, Josh now oversees multiple venues and leads a team of over 70 chefs, with a strong focus on seasonal, sustainable British produce and chef development.

Located at 85 Piccadilly in Mayfair, HIDE is a Michelin-starred, three-storey restaurant overlooking Green Park. Founded in 2018 by Hedonism Wines and chef Ollie Dabbous, HIDE offers an all-day dining experience rooted in seasonality and British produce.

The restaurant unfolds across three levels — Below, Ground and Above — connected by the iconic StairStalk staircase designed by Atmos. With panoramic park views, Europe’s largest wine list, and refined yet relaxed hospitality, HIDE is one of London’s most distinctive dining destinations.
