Chef Fermín Azkue is a Venezuelan-Basque culinary entrepreneur and the creative force behind the SLVJ (Salvaje) group, known for forging bold fusion across Japanese, Latin, and European traditions. Beginning in hospitality at age 16, he has since worked in Michelin-starred kitchens in Barcelona, Paris, and London, then expanded globally with restaurants in Spain, Latin America and the Middle East.
