A founding member of The Table’s pre-opening team in 2010 alongside Gauri Devidayal and Jay Yousuf, Louis has steadily worked his way to Head Chef, bringing precision, creativity, and an ingredient-driven philosophy to every plate. Alongside him is Chef Will Aghajanian, a seasoned culinary virtuoso from Washington D.C., whose global journey spans kitchens in San Sebastián, New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond. Tucked away behind the iconic Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai, The Table is a refined casual fine dining restaurant celebrated for its globally inspired cuisine rooted in the San Francisco style of cooking. Seamlessly blending international influences with seasonal ingredients, The Table offers a thoughtfully curated dining experience that is both sophisticated and approachable.

Monday to Saturday
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM – 12:30 AM
