The Restaurant 

Tsuki in Pune presents a distinctive celebration of Asian culinary heritage, combining sustainability with refined gastronomy. As one of India’s only fully solar-powered restaurants, Tsuki sets a benchmark for conscious dining in a serene, green setting. At its core is a menu thoughtfully led by three culinary stalwarts: Chef Seefah, celebrated for her mastery of bold Thai flavors; Chef Karan, a leading name in contemporary Japanese cuisine; and Chef Harsh, whose expertise in Cantonese fare brings nuanced depth to the offering. Complementing the food is an expertly curated beverage program by Gurung Tanka, whose experience at one of Asia’s Top 50 bars adds flair to every pour.
