The Chef

Daniel Su is a Los Angeles–born, traditionally trained sushi chef who rejoined the Zuma family as Executive Chef of Zuma NYC after nearly two decades in the culinary world. With a background deeply rooted in classical Japanese sushi techniques, he brings refined authenticity and precision to Zuma’s celebrated modern izakaya-style dining in New York City.
